Do you still get 300 free orders under paid plans?
You will be charged based on the plan pricing. If the paid plan includes 300 order then you will be charged for the orders excluding the 300 orders. For example if you do 400 orders in the US and Canada, you have to pay $10 as 300 orders will be excluded and you are paying for 100 orders. For other countries, please check our global pricing. We have lower cost plan available in many countries.
How do I pay for the service?
You can add a credit card on your account and you will be charged at the end of the month on your credit card based on actual usage
Is there any free trial of the Branded Premium version?
We have a 30 days free trial of the professional version. Unfortunately, there is no free trial of the Branded Premium version. The functionality is similar to professional version. The differentiation is mostly for brand customization.
How many orders are included with the $29/month plan?
You get 300 orders in US and Canada, but you can get more in other countries. We have a cost estimator for you to see how much would it cost in your country for professional plan.
What happens after the free trial ends?
Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free version. No action needed.
